Thanks to Jem, from Enhance Home Styling, for helping me restyle my home. I had a new timber floor laid and decided it was time to redecorate. I didn't know where to start. I had the great pleasure of working with Jem from Enhance Home Styling in the re-presentation of my mother's house for sale. Importantly, we managed this with me living in Melbourne, and the property located in Mollymook. The house had been on the market for 18 mths, with no buyer. While neat and tidy, it was empty and unispiring.
Jem is a great communicator, and made me feel very comfortable. She had loads of great ideas, and we were able to put most of them into fruition. Part of the plan was to simplify the garden: a prize winnning garden which may have put buyers off in terms of maintenance. I was reluctant, but it turned out to be the correct move.
Jem has a really good eye, and put together stunning combinations in each room. As an artist myself, I could really appreciate her skills. The overall impact of the newly styled property was incredible; inspiring the estate agent team, and bringing fabulous feed back from the open house inspections. The photos on the website encouraged many more potential buyers.
We have now sold the property and I thank Jem sincerely for her role in a successful result.

We engaged her services on our decision to market our home, albeit the marketing was through a local real estate agent, we felt that we needed to maximise the potential of the view and general feel of our home.
Much to our surprise, Jem recommended a number of alterations as far as furniture placement went, and the alternate placement of paintings etc., all of which we would never considered. We made these changes, and much to our surprise, the change added a new dynamic to our home, whilst adding a light and airy feel, and maximising the wonderful sea view.
